Il se compose de plusieurs \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<h3>1. Entrer en premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de m\u00e9decine<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis la r\u00e9forme de 2020, il existe deux voies principales :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-custom\">\n<li><strong>PASS<\/strong> (Parcours Acc\u00e8s Sant\u00e9 Sp\u00e9cifique)<\/li>\n<li><strong>L.AS<\/strong> (Licence avec option Acc\u00e8s Sant\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 S\u00e9lection rigoureuse via des examens \u00e9crits et oraux (admission en 2e ann\u00e9e si r\u00e9ussite).<\/p>\n<h3>2. Cycle de formation m\u00e9dicale<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-custom\">\n<li><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9es<\/strong> : formation pr\u00e9clinique (sciences fondamentales, premiers stages \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quatri\u00e8me \u00e0 sixi\u00e8me ann\u00e9es<\/strong> : externat (formation clinique, stages r\u00e9guliers, examens).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Concours de l\u2019internat (ECNi)<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-custom\">\n<li><strong>\u00c0 la fin de la 6e ann\u00e9e<\/strong>, les \u00e9tudiants passent les \u00c9preuves Classantes Nationales informatis\u00e9es (ECNi) pour choisir leur sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 (g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, p\u00e9diatre, chirurgien, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Internat de m\u00e9decine<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"list-custom\">\n<li>Dure entre 3 et 6 ans selon la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 choisie.<\/li>\n<li>Alternance entre stages hospitaliers, cours th\u00e9oriques et gardes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.
